We are excited to offer super 8mm film as an add-on to our services! Our vintage camera from the early 1970s audibly cranks along at 18 frames per second, capturing special moments with authenticity. Every grain, jitter, zoom and lens flare add a layer of nostalgia to each image. Many have emulated the unique feel of super 8 but there’s just no substitute for the real thing!
We can fit about 3 minutes and 20 seconds of footage on one super 8 cartridge. Lovers of all things vintage will appreciate the effort of shooting, shipping, and then waiting around two weeks for our favorite lab in California to develop and process the Kodak film roll. We can deliver a short standalone super 8 music video as well as incorporate the unique footage into our regular films for added vibes! Ask us about adding super 8 film to your session coverage!
